How FolioPA works
Getting documents in
Forward an email — send or forward any bill, statement or letter to your FolioPA address: see sidebar
Upload or drag & drop — on a computer, use the Upload button or drag PDFs/images straight onto the inbox.
Scan with your phone — open FolioPA on your phone and tap Scan to capture a paper document with the camera.
Filing documents
Select a document from your inbox → choose a folder from the dropdown → click File. It's filed into that folder, ready to find or ask about later.
Custom folders
Documents are organised into folders — Car, House, Tax, Bank, Insurance and any of your own. They all appear in the filing dropdown when you file a document.
Asking questions
Use the chat panel on the right to ask questions about your documents: "When does my car insurance renew?" "What's my Welsh Water account number?" "What bills are due this month?"
Todos & Renewals
Claude extracts action items from scanned documents and adds them to Todos automatically. Insurance, warranties, subscriptions and anything else that renews are tracked in Renewals.
